  • H1-Bs provide the nexus that allows qualified, educated individuals to come to this country and become productive members of society. These people fill gaps that current citizens cannot or will not. A reduction in H1-Bs could further hinder our economy.
  • In some given areas today due to the overall US economy and the lack of VC available there are a lot highly qualified local candidates available that cannot find a job currently.
  • Providing a way for talented persons irrespective of their citizenship.
  • Unemployment is currently really high, with more layoffs to come.
  • It's the achivement for the indian and other country student to show there progress and that's only possible in your country.
  • Companies and government should be made to address the underlying issues of hiring, training, and retaining our own citizens, rather than letting them fall to the economic wayside.
